Yeah, um. I'll even tell you right off: Something's going on around here. Things have been cropping up and the people responsible have given me a chance to look into things. But I have to play a game with them first.

One of the questions is that game. The rest is ... so I can have better information to work with. They made it pretty clear that I don't have enough right now.

Lots of weird stuff has been happening, but I thought that was just normal for here.

I told someone else this, but there's weird for camp and then weird in general. It's hard to pick out the anomalies. Sometimes something as strange as the internet going down is enough to pick up on, but I have no proof that's connected to the rest.

But: When is a fair not a fair?

Yup. There's a Ferris wheel and cotton candy and the haunted house, and it's pretty much the most entertaining thing around here. But I didn't go into the haunted house because it looked dumb.

...Yeah. It was something from home.

I believe that was from them. I mean, how often does camp do things like that? Give you things that you may or may not want just because? And isn't it strange that the toucans were so willing to do it?

I was more concerned with how they even got it in the first place.

Simply put, I think these people can make things happen because they want them to happen.

So far they've been good things, though, haven't they? Like giving us real sugar and a Ferris wheel to play on, and giving us things from home.

Yeah, but wouldn't you expect more? We're still here.

Maybe they're working up to that. Or maybe they can't quite manage that yet, so they're doing this in the meantime. Maybe that's just the one thing they can't fix. There could be any number of reasons.
