a new landmark appears ... !
[On this cool April evening, there appears to be a new fixture in camp, located right by the fairgrounds. Off to the side sits a large opening, with a sign over it reading: "TUNNEL OF LOVE" in fancy red script. The sign itself is further decorated with hearts and a couple of horn-blowing cherubs; someone's really bought into the Valentine's Day appeal.
For those adventurous enough to step in, they'll find several swan boats all lined up on a small stream, ready to make their way through one of many dark passages. But regardless of which passage is taken, all boats will eventually end up out on a small pond that's suddenly cropped up behind the fairgrounds. However, unlike the other pond in camp, this one seems crystal clear, idyllic.
(. . . Which is a good thing, given that all of these swan boats are equipped with a trap door that will unceremoniously dump its occupants into said pond. Not that you could really tell by looking; these boats are pretty well-made.)
