[Today, if you happen to wander by the fabled Center of Camp, you may find a curious sight - namely, a vampire, ~serious~-looking with fangs and all, holding a teenage boy so his neck is exposed. The boy seems to be struggling somewhat, although it sure is taking that vampire a lot of time to actually bite him.]

[there is a momentary flash of OSHI WHAT DO I-- on his face before he looks around and grabs the nearest blunt object and tries to look threatening]

Hey, back off right now!

[there is struggling! STRUGGLING!!1]

I'm not gonna just leave you to be this guy's Happy Meal.

Sam, you-

[jerks against Damon's arm, but it's no good.]

- you need to get out of here before the same thing happens to you. I can't save myself at this point, but maybe- just maybe, I can at least hold him off and keep this monster from getting you as well. Someone else getting hurt for my sake ... I can't let that happen anymore. I won't.

[boldstarring]

[dramatically slumps against Damon's arm.]

- okay, no, can we start over? I have some better lines I thought of just now that I'd like to run.

[taps at Damon's arm, then wriggles out of his grasp easily.]

Wait, what?

I could play up the "redemptive bad boy" angle, although that has been overused in film and media recently. Damn you, Edward Cullen ...

[bethejune]

You were--that was--then...

[he's starting to look annoyed]

You were acting?

[boldstarring]

[nods!]

It was an acting exercise, yes. I'm a versatile performer, but I must admit that playing the victim isn't a part of my repetoire and is something I need to perfect. Action and horror films are becoming more and more equal opportunity, after all, and I'd hate to lock myself out of a genre simply because I'm not as flexible of an actor as I could be.

A number of people have been convinced already. That means I'm getting better, which is good.

I've been brutalized in broad daylight in an area people frequent. Everyone has lost their privilege to pull that on me.
