[observant types may notice thin, very thin, thread-like objects snapping through the air, heading towards the gaping void. They work quickly; the seams seem to come together rapidly, smoothly, as if it were nothing.]

Chie-senpai-- if my calculations have been correct, that was a rip in the fabric of space-time. Or to be more accurate, a serious glitch in the system.

Wow. I'm... not really sure what that means, but it doesn't sound good. Camp is glitching? Like a bad video game?

It's more that Camp is a bad video game, if I'm right.

Wha -- seriously? Wow, that's kinda creepy to think about. But it makes sense. I mean, there's the moogles, and the Caves of Despair...

I've been looking into the idea that Camp itself is entirely computer-simulated. There are still some fine details to work out, but much of the data I've gathered supports the theory rather than revokes.

Wow. So if that's true... What about us? Are we in some kinda Matrix machine? Or did we get turned into... programs or something?

At least in part, from what I've gathered... it certainly explains why we're effectively unable to die-- our programs are simply rebooted to the last time our data was saved.

Right. So that hole just now... And the weird stuff from last month, too, when the internet went out...

Yes. They're all indicative of some kind of software malfunction.

That's kinda scary. I mean, I've used the laptops here, I know how glitchy they get. And if we're living in a program...

... it means any stability we might have assessed is called into question.

Right. ...Like camp life was real stable to begin with.
