Exactly! Maple syrup and agave nectar also work.

Not all cakes and frostings can be made with that stuff, but it doesn't mean it can't be done; especially when an awesome baker like me is in the kitchen!

I'm sure it tastes better, actually. Natural sugars in general aren't as overly sweet...

Thank you for the concern. I wouldn't want to become dead weight, of course. I do make sure to eat enough though. Afterall, the shop is full of food.
