There's the legend of the Fifth Elephant--it slipped and crashed back into the Disc a long time ago.

The dwarfs say it had nerves made of precious metals and mercury, and hence there are seams of gold in Uberwald. The rest of the elephant is responsible for the fat deposits in the ground.

The Land of the Dead? Pretty normal. El Marrow has a large Mexican population, so the holidays are all the same.

It takes time to make it to the other side. People have to work off their sins before they can go to heaven.
