Yes, the changes aren't permanent. They last anywhere from a few hours to a week.

Camp wouldn't put a sign like that if there wasn't something, and Elliot has been incredibly vague about what happened to him! But he did mention a he to someone else! How am I supposed to believe you're innocent!? You're suspicious! You've been ruining everything ever since you showed up! It'd be better if you just did the world a favor and disappeared!
