Arranging housing here really is quite the community effort.

My father once tried to control the future. But he was trapped by it. I do have the power to do the same, but that's not what I want. A universe of surprises is what I long for.

I'm sorry.

It's no one's fault. My father chose his fate.

As do we all, I suppose, though we may little realise it. But nevertheless, I still mean it.

So is it that you have visions of the future or do you perceive time differently in general from most people?

All possible futures. And yes, I do perceive time differently.

So the potentially unpredictable aspect is which of those futures will come to be, yes?

That is the idea behind it.

mind_over_metal July 23 2011, 04:02:58 UTC
And how does that idea translate into reality?

That part, I'm afraid, is a little harder to explain. We have different concepts of time and space.

I would love to hear however it is that you would describe yours. At some point, that is, it needn't be now.

Were you born seeing that way?

You ask a lot of personal questions on our first meeting. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

And the answer to that is: yes and no. It's part of my genetic abilities, but it can be only be accessed through spice. However, I have now evolved to a... higher mutation.

Well, I have quite a bit of personal curiosity and see no reason to beat around the bush about it. Particularly since it seems it would be rather attempting to hide the obvious with you.

*cracking a smile*

I see. What curious terminology you use.

I chose it to suit you.

How courteous.

Is camp... difficult at all for you? Given the way that time is mixed up here.

... No one has ever asked that of me before. Your feelings run deep. No, it is not difficult because I have memories ranging back to the Grecian period.
