Whatever. What're you writing?

[lots of music notes!! and lyrics. and crap.]

Music. Ebi's been riding me hard about it, which is the encouragement I've needed to further my craft.

Who's Ebi? Is she your new coach or something?

[boldstarring]

She's one of the counselors here. We talked during that one thing where they were supposed to nag people or whatever and kind of hit it off. She knows a lot about the entertainment industry and things like that, so she's a lot more useful than most of them. I mean, I had some psychic douchebag ride me harder than my mom ever did.

Who else is smelling your breath?

Are you writing more music?

[boldstarring]

[nods, looking up from his notebook.]

Ebi's riding me hard about it now. - which, before you ask, is a good thing. I enjoy tough encouragement of that nature.

Does she yell at you?

[boldstarring]

No, no. She gets that one look where it's like, "I am so disappointed in you right now" if I don't follow through, and that might be ten times worse. It's awesome.

That's not awesome! It's awful when people are disappointed. It's the worst. I hate disappointing people, but I always do.

[boldstarring]

Yeah, but if I do my writing, then she isn't disappointed and doesn't make that face. So it encourages me to actually work hard.

But writing's really difficult, right? Aren't you worried about it not being good enough?
