[this morning at the mess hall it is ... well it's not Tuesday so surely there should be something healthy, right?

Wrong.

I hope you like your Tuesday Soup now baked into muffins. How? Who knows.]

Uh ... I don't think I'm hungry any more!

Ah, no. Not exactly. I can't remember if there have been any androids, but there was a Cyberwoman. That was a bit nasty. Ianto's ex-ex-girlfriend.

Bloody idiot, if you ask me. Could've gotten the whole of us killed. Did get two others killed, at least.

Jesus. Don't date cyberpeople, got it.

Rather, don't keep trying to date them after they're half-turned.

How does that even happen anyway?

Ah. You need a whole primer on Cybermen. Got it. Right then, basically they're an alien species that have a tendency to pull out people's brains and place them in inorganic bodies. Except they happened to waltz into our neighborhood one day and started converting whole bodies. Ianto's girl, Lisa, was one, but the process was stopped midway through. Ianto, idiot that he is, thought that Lisa was still there. But obviously the process had progressed too far, effectively making Lisa some hideous combination of half-human, half-Cyberwoman and all killing machine.

She did manage a brain transplant. That was particularly nasty.

Fantastic at dinner parties, despite not being much in the way of interesting conversation.

As long as they promise not to murder the guests. But now I'll never complain about Clotharians again! They may be jerks, but at least they're not stealing brains.

And advanced race of beings with some rage issues. They banished a couple of their former dictators to Earth and it ended badly.

And how is it we're always the dumping ground?
