[an indeterminate period of time ago (mainly because i am too damn lazy to look it up) your characters may have found themselves in the strangest of places - the minds of other people. There, they could learn all sorts of interesting things about their fellow detainees, such as their horrible love for disco ( Read more... )

[You find yourself in a very spacious library. The ceiling is very high, you can’t even see to the other side of the place, and it looks like it’s supposed to be very grand-besides all of the mess. None of the books are organized, half of them are on the floor or strewn about on study desks, and the other half are haphazardly tossed on the shelves. There are splotches of different colors over the ugly yellow wallpaper, like someone tried to repaint a million different times and gave up halfway through.

The entire left half of the library is covered in a window, showing that the sun has just set. There’s a murky forest outside that doesn’t look too inviting. Only half of the candles inside of the library have been lit, but there are plenty of obnoxious floating golden lights drifting around that you can still see alright.

There are other people there, but they’re a little off. Some of them don’t have faces or look like they’re fading away into nothing. But they don’t seem to be paying you any mind, so you’re free to explore.]

[It opens! It is actually a door to a small room. It looks very much like his room in Camp, except the walls aren't made out of gingerbread, the books are all neatly arranged on the bookshelf, and instead of a bed there is a pillowfort. There is also a piano and a couch. Celia is curled up on the couch sleeping and Leo is sitting on the piano bench, laughing at something you can't see.]

How observant of you. Yes, as a matter of fact, I was.

Could you play it again?

Sure.

[he starts playing a song you don't recognize, something surprisingly light and cheerful, with little bits and pieces of songs blended in that Elliot might know.]

I haven't decided yet. I was trying to think of a name when you came in.

It's nice.

I know. That's why I composed it. I wanted something nice.

I'd offer to name it, but you'll only insult my choice of names.

That's true. But I would still take them into consideration.
