There are a large number of Heroes in camp. It would not be proper for me to pick a favorite.

[ confusion ]

How do you mean?

I work for and with them on various technicalities, so playing favorites would be an unfair method of treatment.

... Working with heroes?

You make it sound like a career.

For some, being a Hero is a career. I, however, am merely a civil servant, working to help make their jobs easier in any way I am capable.

... Ah, we must not be considering the same definition of hero.

Ah, my apologies. Are you then asking about heroes in the broader definition of the word?

Yes. A personal hero, in fact.

I see... In that case, I can't say I currently have one.

A personal decision or something else?

...A bit of both, you could say. Do you have a personal hero, then?

Yes. My grandmother.

She must be a most admirable woman.

She is, very much.

Though aside from that, I'm curious what you mean before -- about "Heroes".

I am glad that you have such a person to look up to.

I come from Stern Bild City, where there is a system in which qualified NEXT are able to become sponsored by corporations and become Heroes. Their duties are to help maintain the peace and stability in Stern Bild. Their actions gain them points, so while they help to secure the peace, their sponsors are able to grow even larger. In addition, their heroics are broadcast on television, and TV program is quite popular. As a result, the citizens of Stern Bild are quite invested in their Heroes.

So what I thought was right. You consider being a Hero a career choice.
