Soon enough, it will be Christmas once more! My favorite holiday. ♥ I hope that I have the time to properly organize a celebration.

I am looking forward to the winter holidays, myself. It still feels unusual to celebrate Christmas as though it were New Years', but I find myself enjoying it all the same.

Well, some of the typical rituals are easily carried over--but for the most part, New Years is a time for family and friends, especially those who have gotten out of touch, to reunite.

Quite different from my own, from what I understand--it sounds to me that it is still somewhat warrior-based, with recent advances in science and technology. Though that is not to say it is medieval, based on hearsay... simply that it is very different. To be quite honest, I do not know for certain--which is in part why I am going.
