FREE SNOW CONESThere's no ice to be seen, but there are a few flavors-bottles lined up on the table, as well as a bunch of cups. The girl sitting on the stand doesn't seem particularly happy, however

Did the other Heroes warn you against him? We're not going to let a civilian hurt by a criminal like him.

They have, but I've also had the misfortune of running into him several times. He's persistent in the worst way possible. I wish you luck if you have to confront him.

If I had known he was like that, I would have never spoken to him. It's too late to change that now, however. Just be aware that he enjoys toying with people.

He seems interested in NEXT powers and how well each of the Heroes fight. If he attempts to engage you in battle, I advise not taking the bait.
