[ You might notice more and more people getting oddly touchy with each other, along with their strange red welts and cuts on their wrists, fingers, necks, arms... they might scratch them occasionally. Except when in the presence of a special person, of course.
Today, however, Marcy is... knitting? So many red tentacle-warmers. Aww. ]

Well, one good thing about back home is that you kind of get used to that level of activity for this sort of weirdness. Or as much as you can, I guess.
Victor and I are... well, were classmates and teammates, so we go back a ways.

[ there's some hesitation to be found around the word "team", in reference to the fact that X-Force isn't exactly what you would call a team but more of a secret espionage/assassination squad. tons of EXTREMELY unhappy and deeply conflicted emotions cloud his thoughts on it, but there's a very strong sense of secrecy that surrounds the memories proper. enough to make them quieter in his head, resting somewhere deep below the surface of his thoughts ]

Well... unless you come from a very, very weird alternate timeline where you teach the tenets of world conquest and dominion over all of humanity, I don't think there's too much you could say or do that would change my opinion to your detriment I guess.
