I was just wondering if you'd seen anything weird recently. Maybe with some of the residents. Something that wouldn't normally be happening but is?

Anything weird.

Weirder than normal. There's a difference, I promise.

I'm afraid I'll need specifics if you want an answer from me.

...Well, we think there's something wrong with the vampires. So we want to know how many of them are having a problem so we can see if we can fix it.

You don't say. That's horrible.

It really is. So if we can find an exception to the rule, then maybe we can figure out how that vampire is different and see if we can use that to help the others. And we want to find out which vampires are having trouble so we can figure out a way to make it easier for them.
