[Today, near the Center of Camp, there is what appears to be some kind of overlarge playhouse being built. Right now it almost looks like this except the sign over the door says FREE HUGS. How curious.]

I didn't put that there, but I'm okay with it.

I'm glad at least someone is getting into the holiday spirit! For a second I was worried you would all be sticks in the mud.

And with regards to the others... well, I guess you've probably heard some things by now about how things are for us back home. Can you really blame any of us for not having much in the way of the 'holiday spirit'?

Not really. But this is the perfect time of year to try and cheer up, don't you think? I know it sucks, but when we're all together like this I'd like to try and have a good time. I like being with everyone.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing to want that Kurt. It's actually really thoughtful. And I believe you when you say that.

But for some of us... it's just going to be really hard to get into that, to feel comfortable enough that they can... accept certain things about this time of year in the spirit that they're intended in. What you're trying to do, in the spirit that you intend it in.
