[It's snowing lightly, the gorillas are frolicking, Marcy might be wearing jumbo-size tentacle mittens--and someone short and irresponsible is headed across camp with a saw.

SO WHAT SHENANIGANS ARE YOU UP TO THIS SATURDAY, CAMP?]

(( feel free to use this for any and all mingling purposes! I'LL BE AROUND ))

Well, since I'm the one who's admittedly been avoiding this the most, I'll let you choose the conversation opener. If you're free to do this now, of course.

I am free to do this now. I apologize for interrupting your yoga session, though.

S'alright, I was just moving on to some breathing exercises next. You're welcome to join me if you'd like.

That's really more for the advanced class. Right now, we're just doing pranayama.

You still might want to take your shoes and coat off though.

You'll wanna have a seat too. While they're just breathing exercises, they can still get to be a little intense at times.

In Sanskrit, Pranayama means an "extension of the life force". This exercise is undertaken as way to connect the body and mind, as a means to attain a higher state of awareness.

It's also a great way to relieve any stress you may have, not just in the body but also the mind.

I see. I could sure use some form of stress relief right now.

Well, let's see what we can do about that then.

[ launches into a more in depth explanation of pranayama and starts to go through some of the exercises. talking calmly and soothingly, stopping to correct Klavier when needed, but definitely making sure the exercise is in depth and relaxing. ]
