No. He's one of the strays.

Well, that's pretty nice of you. Are there a lot of strays in camp?

There's a few. Some people adopt them, but when people leave camp, the pets get left behind. There are dogs and other animals too.

Jeez, really? Are you the only one taking care of them or do you have other people help you with the ones that haven't been adopted yet?
