Free cookies? I'm not so sure about sugar-free, but I am hungry.

I haven't been able to have tea with anyone since Kaname-kun left. It's always so relaxing, I find.

It's not really my drink of choice, or rather... it's not common for me to share tea with anyone.

That's a shame. Maybe you could take up the habit.

When things settle down, perhaps.

If I waited until things settled down to do things, I'd never do anything!

I wasn't aware your life was so hectic.

It can be. Being a parent means a lot of responsibility.

You mean your grown up... kids.

You don't stop being a parent because they grow up. In any case, when they were younger, balancing taking care of their needs with running Cross Academy, and all its attendant problems, always took a lot of hard work. It was worth it, I assure you, but certainly not without its difficulties.

So where did you fit tea into it?

You can fit tea in almost anywhere. You can fit it in during breaks! You can drink it at dinner! You can have tea while doing paperwork! I found meetings with important people often went better with some nice tea.
