If a proper court system can be set up, yes. I've run into several lawyers here, so that is a start.

I have run into two, both prosecutors, but it would not surprise me to discover more.

It's really a pity there isn't some sort of jail around here.

Indeed, although it would have to be something akin to the high security cells for NEXT criminals, considering how powerful some of them are.
