[gosh I'm sorry that I'm about to burst your false sense of security :( it's just that the particular nightmare I'm having starts out pretty subtle! I'm just having what looks like an argument with a lovely young blonde girl outdoors at night. the grounds we're on should look pretty familiar to you! as well as the building we're standing in front of, though obviously there have been a few remodeling changes here and there.
what's odd is that while there are a lot of angry faces and hand gestures on my part, and a lot of sad and pleading looks on hers, there is no sound in the dream at all! it's really very eerie. until suddenly, sound finally bursts forth into life in the dream in the form of a horrible, and terribly distinctive, CRACK noise that splits the night air.]
