There were notices posted around the carnival about a...world eater. It seems to be attempting to come through the barrier erected around the camp.

I hadn't given it much thought at the time, since the entire premise sounded ridiculous. Now, however...

True. And even if the so-called world eater is a fabrication, the flooding is still problematic.

I don't think the Camp itself would let something big such as a flood actually happen.

It's hit the mess hall, at least, and other areas are damp as well. Even if it isn't a threat, the water is annoying.
