Being that Smokey is most likely a male bear, and obviously after hibernation, is probably pretty damn horny. I'd use his strength to hunt down some local campers, and force them into submission, Kobe style.

Oh yeah, and then the whipped cream comes out.

I'd also tell him that Only You can Prevent Forrest Fires.
