well it only too about 15 minutes for roadrunner to come back online this time... is anyone else in the area having issues with time warner cable? last year my cable connection was flawless, but since the winter i get dropped all the time. usually its only for a minute or two, but its annoying. especially when you're paying $40 a month. i was asked by my boss to teach a class for portland high school vocational. i will be teaching seniors to rebuild a transmission. it will take place over a few weeks. i will do a morning class and then an afternoon class. it will take place between now and june.

not bad for a guy who never touched a transmission before 9 months ago.
