I'm not entirely sure what this is about, but I've got a pretty good idea of it. Maybe you've just confessed your feelings only to be shot down, or maybe you're in a funk because something else has happened.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume this is related to the love of your life. You can feel free to slap me down if I'm wrong.

You left a note at my house the other week at the LAN party. I figure you probably didn't intend to leave it. I cannot presume to tell you that I know how you feel because we're unique in our own ways and this may well extend into how we percieve other people and how we percieve love.

But I can tell you that I have faced great pain and anguish over another, and that I believed - hell, I still believe that I love her. And that, despite how strongly I felt and feel for her, I was able to step forward and continue with life

Bill thank you for that very heartfelt message. It is related to my love life, but it was closer to my heart than simply being shot down. It's more like I was being strung along and being told that my love was reciprocated (and I still believe that it was and maybe even still is) but then I was told that we could never be together. I have always been ready for this outcome and I accept it even now, but it hurts all the same. I know I'll be ok, in a way I am releived because I finaly know where I stand with her.
