Jason Manns live in Frankfurt - Report
Just a short report about the first non-Convention Jason concert I went to ;)

My aunt and cousins live in Frankfurt and the ticket was only € 14 so I was like „what the hell, let's go!“ Lilly, my younger cousin even said she'd come with me so after a busy day (the train was late, we had to attend a meeting AND find the location) we arrived at the P.U.T. Eventbühne in Frankfurt, where we met Julia, Alan, Sofia, Audrey, Sabine and many more!
The concert started on time at 8.00 pm and I was a wee bit disappointed at first because Jason just started playing and didn't welcome us or anything! But it's okay, Jason, you made up for that later <3
First lemme say that his set list was interesting this time! I mean, most of the time he plays a selection of his favourite/most liked songs so I was really surprised when he played two songs I had never heard before! Kudos for that, Mr Manns! Hope to hear them on a new CD soon!

At one point (he had played a bunch of slow songs in a row) I shouted „Can you play 'Kiss'?“ and he grinned and first pretended to not remember the song XD In the end he smiled in my direction and said „Okay, I remember the song... and I'm gonna play it for you!“ Wheee~ <3<3<3 I love his version so much, thank you for playing it, Jason!!

He also played Hallelujah and, of course, Crazy Love/The Weight and I think everybody was pretty satisfied with the song selection! And the best thing: even my cousin, who had never seen him before (she's not a Supernatural fan) was completely hyper about him!! I'm so glad she enjoyed it *sigh*

So after he finished playing he went backstage quickly and came back out then to mingle with the fans. So we waited a bit, cause he was talking to some other fans and then went over. We thanked him for the great show and in particular for playing 'Kiss' for me <3 I also told him that I'm still waiting for him to play 'Iris' by the Goo Goo Dolls... one day, Mr Manns, one day you're gonna play it for me and the whole world will thank me for suggesting it ;)

We talked for some time (I'm not even sorry for the other people who had to wait *muahahaha*) and he signed autographs for Lilly and me (I told him that this was the first time Lilly saw him and he wrote „Ines, so great to see you again! Thanks for bringing Lilly!“) and then even took pictures with us! We first made one with Jason, Lilly and me and later, after giving him some time with other fans, came back for single photos. I asked him if I could, like... full-on hug him and he practically crashed me *wheee~* Such a tight hug, thank you Jason <3 I'm glad Sofia took some time to take the picture, I got a veeeeery long, veeeeeeeeeeeery tight hug *happy*

After Lilly got her hug-picture as well we went back to the other guys and talked and just had fun. So when Jason wanted to leave about an hour later, we were standing next to him again, talking to him, teaching him some German („Guten Tag“, „Ihr seht gut aus“/“Du siehst gut aus“ …). We noticed he looked tired and Sabine (the woman who organized the concerts) stood behind him, waiting, so we told him he should probably get some sleep. We thanked him again for the great show and wished him a good night.
So I was standing like two feet away from him and he said he appreciated that we came and that I brought Lilly and said good night as well and then suddenly came closer and, like... half-hugged me by himself, cause I was so surprised O_O And then I returned the hug and again got pulled in a full-on bear hug T___T <3 Oh god, it was so awkward but so cute at the same time XDDDD And he walked over to Lilly and did the same with her, hugged her tight and grinned at me the whole time *squeee*
He said he wished we would come back tomorrow but I said I couldn't cause I had nobody to look after my cat but next time he came to Germany, we would be back 100 % sure!!
And that's it! They said 'bye' and left... afterwards we went to Extrablatt (a restaurant) to have dinner (thank Cas for the nice waiter who got the kitchen to open again for us *happytears*) and just enjoyed the time together until about 1 am, when Lilly, Romina (a friend of Lilly who had joined us for dinner) and I left.

On Thursday I got on the train around noon but as soon as I was back home I wanted to go back to Frankfurt. Plus I had a friend request by a certain someone on Facebook and it kinda was the reason I decided to do what I did.
So I fed my cat, showered, packed new clothes and hopped on the train back to Frankfurt XDDD YES, I AM NUTS!!! And well, everything was pretty rushed, Lilly picked me up and we drove to the club as fast as possible and got there literally 1 minute before they were closing the doors XDDD
The second concert was great as well, he played different songs than on Wednesday and there were so much more people there than on the day before. It was still awesome, Lilly and I enjoyed it very much.

After the concert, Jason came back to hang out with the audience again but there was literally a line so Lil and I waited, we didn't want to seem like we were stalking him... not that obviously at least ;)

So we hung out with Alan, Sofia, Melanie, Katie, Christina and the others until Jason was 'free' and then got back to talk to him.
I asked him how he had found me on Facebook and he said he read my name somewhere in a post on his page (like, somebody mentioned me via @ on Facebook) and then added me but when I got back home and checked his page I couldn't find said post.... creepy... haha, JK maybe I'm just blind ^^

Anyway, don't remember what we talked about but we had fun! I think we were teaching him some more German words and in the end he could say "Ich liebe Eichhörnchen" (I love squirrels) XDDD Succeeeed~!!!

It was a great evening, I had such a good time and I'm glad I went to Frankfurt again! It was definitely worth it!!
I wrote him a FB message later, thanking him again and asking if Lil and I were annoying or anything but he said he appreciated that we came again and he hopes to see us soon <3 He really is a great guy, it was awesome having him here in Germany!!
