Uh ... as is, I kinda think they're both crap. The first one would never sound right to me, as do and please serve the same function in the sentence. The second one, though, would make more sense with a comma after "Somebody." The "do" becomes, in my bizarre mind, a signifier of emphasis - it sounds like something from a Victorian comedy of manners.
Although, I would prefer: "Please do open the door." I don't know why.
