so i was lifting the other day in my basement, bench press to be exact. so there i was, on my last set, i got all the way to 9, and by the 10th....i couldnt even get the 10th. i couldnt even rerack the weight. scary, huh....so there i was with this barbell with all its weight on it on my stomach. i put it on my lap and sat up and just got the hell
