I appear to be having some trouble sleeping. College is driving mE out of my mind. I have two or three weeks to finish the Northeastern application. It feels like I have time but I know I don't. Well, physics took a bit longer than I expected. About a half an hour longer than I expected. But besides the homework situation, this weekend went really, really well. Extremely well. We now have a dog at our house. Madre picked him up from New Hampshire this morning. His name is Luke and he's a yellow lab. Luke is very big. He really likes his food. Alright I made three attempts at a journal entry and all of them sucked for one reason or another. I give up. The gist of them was basically I hesitate because I over-think things, I'm getting anxious because it seems like a lot of things are piling up, and I need to speak either louder or more clearly because I find myself repeating things a lot

Animal shelters are sad. Dartmouth is monochromatic. Mexican food is hot. Gram is talkative. Auntie Kath feels badly. Homework is daunting. Reading is less fun. Ivy leaguers are snooty. Snooty is a word. Looking up snooty was a waste of time. My back does not hurt anymore. My arm still does hurt however. Both will hurt more tomorrow. ( Read more... )

I was writing an entry with my impressions from the start of school but it just wasn't going well. School is school and it isn't summer. Not much to say about it past that. It feels like there's too much going on at once.
