Farm Update

We have enough green beans to last the winter, I think, and about 60 pints of dilly beans.  Some pickles, frozen blueberries and strawberries that we picked ourselves, and a little bit of beet greens.  In the garden, still to be processed are more beans, shelling beans, tomatoes in huge quantities, beets & their tops, Swiss chard, carrots, more ( Read more... )
