I kept Emma up until after 10 last night to make sure she was going to be okay. No concussion as far as I could tell and the swelling went down quite a bit. This morning it is a nasty, sore, and slightly swollen bruise. Poor kid. Now, if I can just keep her from falling today. She managed to fall off her chair during breakfast this morning,

It was nice talking to you the other day. These weather conditions are ridiculous...My friend spun out doing 20 km/h the other day and hit a tree...7000 dollars damage..wtf?

I am glad Emma's okay.

Wrecks like that happen all the time here. I don't know if you heard about this, but just before christmas a family was on their way to the airport and a plane hit their car, killing the youngest child, their little boy. The rest of the family lived. It justs really puts reality into perspective.

Good luck on getting the ride. I bet Curious George will actually be kinda interesting.
