I would so love to see it on stage <3 It's actually playing in Germany now, but I've listened to the music for so long, I don't think I could take the translated version.
I've seen it twice, in English, and it was awesome. Though the Australian actress who plays Glinda has an annoying voice (trying to copy Kristen but now succeeding). It's also different because I've been listening to the soundtrack so much and of course these actors are never the same. Perhaps you can go see it in German and pretend you're watching a whole different show? It's better than nothing I suppose... Or go to London to see it :)
One of my sister's friend is in Australia too, so I saw other pictures of that kind lately but still, I can't be tired of watching such beautiful sceneries. And you saw Wicked! *jealous*
I totally understand that you go to see the same musical more than once since I saw "Le Roi Soleil" six times and "Cléopâtre la dernière reine d'Egypte" four times (this one will be back to Paris next year so I'll go again, and in the meantime I'll probably have seen several times "Mozart l'opéra rock" too).
Those last pictures of the coast look sooooooo much like the West coast of the South Island of New Zealand. I suppose Gondwana could explain that though.
Yea, up around Punakaiki - they have natural water blowholes there which is really great if you catch the tide. They are also known as "pancake rocks". Here.
