It's weird seeing photos here of places I know so well... even though I've not seen them in a while. Like this photo is from a bridge that's just a block away from the house I grew up in, and I used to play near/under it a lot while my mother was working (she worked from home, and I'd sneak away).
I didn't realise Nelson was your hometown, nice! It was a lovely village to visit, especially because the weather was being so cooperative finally (as I'd had some bad weather before)
It IS really cold here (though funnily enough Dunedin less than Queenstown so far) but you get used to it, really. And if you don't, just wear 5 layers like I do xD I wouldn't risk driving on the streets here myself, but the people who have tour companies and shuttle busses etc are experts on these roads -- it's really fine
Ooohhhh right. I did say that. But only in the random-art-in-random-paces way. I read your comment as if you meant in lots of ways, sorry
I hit the secondhand bookshops everywhere around the world; that's how I roll xD

If he is, take a picture from his hair!
LOL I have no clue how you're comparing Wellington to Nelson, Nelson is a tiny village whereas Wellington was a big bursting city :P
I bought more secondhand books today btw
