Ahh, now Dunedin is a city I know well! It is a couple of hours from my home town, and a big university town so I had friends who went to school there. I've been to Cadbury World, a few years ago now, and walked up Baldwin Street last time I was there (omg, so steep). I'm glad you enjoyed the city, although I bet Dunedin was cold. It tends to get colder the further south you go!
Dunedin was less cold than Queenstown actually, I was surprised about that (but happy! As the morning had been TOO cold in Queenstown). I liked Dunedin better as a city though, it's prettier :)
I want to go to the Jaffa Race! That's friggin awesome! Lovely pics. Even though you fell in the mud & there were a lot of downsides to the tour, you got some of the nicest pictures :D
*drool* Chocolate.. looks delicious! I was thinking about you when I heard about the earthquake - I figured you would post about it, and glad you did! Penguins = Cute (even if there's only one) And I love the Alice in Wonderland type gardens!!
You heard about the earthquake in Canada? Woah! It was only felt in parts of NZ for as far as I know though -- probably just the South Island? I thought it was pretty neat, until those tsunami warnings popped up online o.O (but it all ended well)
It was the first earthquake I felt is what I should say. Apparently there were earthquakes in the Northern Territory when I was there but they were so small I didn't realise it :)
