Ten Days to Do All You've Ever Wanted In Paris, with exams!

The subject basically gives you an idea of the background I write in. 15 pager of doom in French, exam of doom in Art History in french, and some other random shit, all the while trying to continue having a great time. Its a interesting little fight, and this paper is far scaried than it should be. And weighs upon my mind far more than it should ( Read more... )

I know very little about the details of Quebec trying to secede so from a purely secede-or-don't point of view I say secede. Oh mother of god, please do. We need a secession in the US and having one in Canada is pretty darn good too. So then maybe we could be like hey, Maine, wanna join? And it just might work if we get enough people perpetually drunk. But seriously, the federal gov't is such a freakin hassle in regards to a lot of things. Could a bunch of people be like, hey we're not paying taxes and we're gonna set up our own little local gov't right over here? Maybe, but I think it would turn into them all being IRSed to death and imprisoned or something. Plus, getting people to do that is very tough with families and whatnot on the line. But if you have your own country then miraculously everything is much easier. And I think any kind of secession will lend validity to any future ones ( ... )

This is a mighty long post, and while your musings re: the veracity [?] of your Canadian heritage definitely pique my every interest, I didn't sleep last night and would like to address that. HOWEVER, I did skip to the end and saw your note.

Click Update and start a new entry. Scroll to the gray box at the bottom with all your icon/comment/privacy options, etc. There should be an empty checkbox next to "Entry is Backdated"-- click it and make it checkéd. Then scroll back up to where it says the date and time, and change it to whatever you want. There's a limit to how far forward/back you can set it; the last I checked it was sometime in 2037, so I chose my birthday in 2037, with the time as the digital readout of my birthday date [11/26/85]. Whee. Then make your entry and all that rot.

It won't show up on other people's friends page until whatever date & time you set it for, so make sure you mention it somewhere where they will see and know to go check it...
