Sounds so fun! Thank goodness for your smartphone for sure! Also, o_0 at them not spelling the word right on all the seats! I wonder if they've even realized?! Great going on getting yummy food! Does the park allow you to bring in your own food?
Congratulations on being a true Canadian now! ;) I like your tradition of always eating funnel cake. It's a good tradition!
I'd love to meet you one day as well! Until then (who knows where life may take us?!) thank goodness for LJ (even if it's been full of errors for me lately, hmmph.)
It definitely was. And I know! It made me really grateful to have access to that kind of technology. As far as food, I think you're not supposed to bring in your own, but Sarah had brought her own lunch in her backpack and they didn't give get any hassle about it so maybe they're not super strict about it?
Haha thanks! :-D
I would love to meet you too someday! It sucks that travel is so expensive. :-/ But yes, at least we have lj in the meantime!
Sorry I don't always comment! I do usually read eventually though :) I know I don't post much either. I have a paper journal that I use at night and so LJ feels like more a summary of complicated introspection than reminiscing of my daily life.
Sounds like you had a great day! The only time I've ever had a beavertail was during my one visit to Wonderland as well, lol. Have you been to the CNE? I think the last (and only) time I went to Wonderland was in 2007. So that was a while ago now :) It's crazy how long ago pretty much everything in university seems now that I've been done for *gasp* almost four years. Wow.
Oh, no need to apologize. I don't always comment either, but I also usually read everything. Life gets busy. It's all good. :)
It was definitely awesome. :) I have been to the CNE, but I didn't eat much when I was there. If I go again, I'll have to check out more of the food. And apparently there's a beavertails truck now that makes its way around the city, stopping at specific locations, so I'll have to keep an eye out for that if it's ever near me.
And if you ever come visit Toronto again, you should definitely go back to Wonderland! So many fun rides! :D And a bunch that would be new since the last time you were there.
(Oh, and I totally know what you mean. I realized recently that it's been SEVEN years since I graduated from college, and that totally blew my mind.)
