This was so beautifully paced and written and it just was I needed.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it, this last part was not cooperating like I wanted it to. :P And, yes, I would also like to see that picture!

You wrote this just so you could make me fall in love with a person I've never met or even seen, right? RIGHT?! Although I've started reading fanfiction recently and I'm not into writing either but I'm saying this, you are my favorite MM writer.

Haha! Yes, that was EXACTLY my intent. And to have someone say that I'm their favorite writer is just... amazing, so thank you. <3

See! I knew you had a secret agenda, haha! Please keep writing because reading fanfiction is among many tactics that I'm using to get through the hiatus and yours make me very happy.

Such an awesome story. Marilyn is lovely, and Jeff and Annie were just perfect.

Thanks for this :)

I refreshed your journal fairly frequently yesterday for an update, so I was actually taken aback to get results early today. You were right, it was different from my vision, but it was still pretty gripping - and kind of brutal in part A as Annie tried SO hard to move on and Jeff made you just want to slap some actual sense in him more than usual. But it was moving when Annie realized she was more envious than guilty over Marilyn - which reinforced just how similar she and her were in wanting so badly for Jeff to let them in ( ... )

I'm not gonna lie, I had the EXACT same thoughts like... five seconds after I posted it. If I had given myself more time, I would have likely tweaked the ending a little bit, but I didn't want to lose the momentum I had. So I guess I have mixed feelings about my own ending, too. And being the insecure noob writer that I am, this whole process still makes me anxious, and I'm definitely my harshest critic. I would say that endings are always the hardest for me, but I suspect that's true for most writers.

That being said, this has been nothing but a wonderful experience, and I sincerely appreciate your comments, and you taking the time to make them. I totally agree with you, and for some weird reason, hearing you say my own reservations made me feel better. :)

I'm hope you enjoyed it nonetheless!

Of course I enjoyed it, don't be silly - my overprotectiveness of Annie didn't change that. I'm also flattered that you think on the same wavelengths as me too. If you still have doubts about the ending, I guess you could always write out a sequel with Jeff and Annie's dinner - maybe from Jeff's P.O.V. this time - and write out what you didn't have time to include or wish you had included in this one.

Oh that's an interesting idea! I think I'll always have doubts about what I write (damn insecurity), but I will definitely keep this idea in mind.
