My Keekles has cancer. Keek the cat that mom and I got 16 years ago is slowly leaving us. She hasn't been eating and she was acting very weak. Mom took her to the vet and they told us today that she has cancer. She is almost 19 years old. She's had a great life and blessed ours for the past 16 years. We got her after my brother passed away.

It totally sucks when you lose a beloved pet that you've had for so long...I still remember the way it felt to lose max...bad memories that, but max was shot, he didn't get to die of old age...

I hope your kitty can hang in there till you can see her one last time! my love goes out to you sis.
