so, we just got an eviction notice this morning from our landlord. he's taking us to court for not paying rent. he's taking us to court for not paying 1300, when he had asked us for 1500 which we said we wouldn't pay. we offered the 1300, he didn't want it, so we sent it certified mail. so basically, we're arguing he didn't want it ( Read more... )
