Blair is one of the most well dressed characters on tv (if not the best). You included many of my favorite looks, I especially like the inclusion of so many different uniforms. You're right though, Constance is very chill with playing up the uniform. Also I'm glad you included moments with pants, because I've always been looking for moments she doesn't wear skirts or dresses.
