First day at the new center

OK, well today wasn't as boring as I thought it'd be. When I got to work and found my way to the parking for the new call center, I heard loud noises when other agents went in the door. ...gameroom, exercise room, Tv nook....you're supposed to WORK at this place? And lots of windows...windows are definately good, I'd say!

That's generous of you to help out your co-worker so much. Seems like he's not having very good luck with cars and tests working together, though. I'm also curious as to the lesson you sense.

This sounds like what my old callcenter job was like when it was still a cool place to work.

Unfortunately, it's degraded into corporate stupidity now, but c'est la vie.

I worked for CoreComm/ATX Communications. They were big, but you probably never heard of them.

Hey, hey...nobody made you read it :P. I don't have anyone I can talk to about it directly, and I'm really excited. Last time I tried with a former co-worker I was threatened with bodily harm.

And for the record...training is booooooring. We got to go over the acronyms relating to GSM today. And yes...we did have to read them out loud.
