I finally got my phone back on, but sadly my Sidekick II is now worthless as a data device. I'm assuming, since I had an account go into collection prior to working for T-Mobile, that's why I was placed on Smart Access. And apparently they've revamped the program to where you can't have the Sidekick service on a Smart Access plan. So, I have to
