Read that ol' Pete died of longer cancer at 67. I just saw him on the news not to long ago. He looked good. He spoke well as usual.

I'm going to miss him.

I hate it when people die who you didn't expect to die.

Especially good news anchors.

man. i found out about this business on the today show this morning. for one thing, why was i watching the today show? who knows. but i was so confused cause it was all unexpected to me, so i thought he was just retiring from public life. and i was like "ha. this is silly. they are acting like the guy's dead or something!" then i started to think... "maybe he IS dead!" so i looked in the news paper. and he was dead. and tears came. not really. but almost. such a hot canadian news man. ugh. you know he was hot. barbara walters said peter would want you to tell your kids not to smoke. so get on that.
