me and mom started a diet today. i'm up to 125lbs now lol and moms gained some weight too so we decided it was definitely time. breakfast
1/2 grapefruit or 8oz. unsweetened grapefruit juice
2 eggs - any style
2 slices of bacon

lunch
1/2 grapefruit or 8oz. unsweetened grapefruit juice
salad with light dressing
meat, any style, any amount

dinner
1/2 grapefruit or 8oz. unsweetened grapefruit juice
meat, any style, any amount
nonstarchy vegetable(except white onions) cooked with butter and seasonings
1 cup coffee or tea

bedtime snack
8oz. fat free milk or tomato juice

you have to have at least 4oz. beef or pork or 8oz. chicken or fish per meal. drink eight cuper of water per day. other caloerie-free and caffeine-free drinks are ok in moderation.

i dont mind this diet but i dont like grapefruit juice or milk or tomato juice lol i'm honestly only gonna be on it for this week though and then i'm going to weight watchers diet because its not as restrictive.

other than my weight i'm doing great lol love life is amazing as always<3 i couldn't be happier with how things are. school for this semester is almost over. i have an exam thursday, friday, and then next tuesday and then i'm DONE! ah then i have no school for almost a month phew. much needed break.
