well, i've done this before, and it worked. so maybe it'll work for someone else. tell one of ur 'mutual' friends to kinda hint it to him that she 'thinks' u like him. and then see his reaction. that way, if he seems interested u can pursue it and still keep ur 'pride'. otherwise, u can deny it. haha.
