It's a construction paper book I make with cutouts from magazines or wherever. There are stickers and stuff. I started it becaues I had a friend who was really down and it caught on.

I don't know what a smile book is, but if it's as good as it sounds I'd love to get one. If you ever want to have scrapbooking fun, let me know. :)
