Black pvc knee-high stiletto stripper boots.
The boots do have some scuffing on the toes & on the heels which could be fixed with some liquid vynil or at a bootmakers, or with good ol' boot polish:

ALSO with alot of pvc shoes, after a while the white thread under the pvc starts to show, which is what has happened around the calves on these, but you or i could easily cut these off with no damage to the shoes:
