Terms and Conditions for Spreers
UPDATES
1. I will update 3 times, and 3 times only. These updates will all be posted via spreepage.
Update #1: When orders have been shipped out by the merchant.
b. Update #2: When I have paid for postage at VPost
c. Update #3: Your top up options.
2. The reason Rule #1 is so important is: I have a real life. Sometimes, it gets busy. Emails will be answered (or ignored) as appropriate. Please don't send me stupid questions.
PAYMENT
3. You have to make 2 separate payments.
a. Payment #1: Item cost.
b. Payment #2: Top-up for shipping and postage.
4. Make all payments to POSB Savings Account 028-29747-5.
5. Only IB or ATM transfers are accepted. STRICTLY NO INTERBANK.
6. Use your LJ username as your IB username.
ORDERS
7. Comment with your orders.
8. NO RESERVATION OF SLOTS. All such comments will be deleted immediately.
9. If you have placed an order wrongly, delete your first comment re-post with the correct order.
10. I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ALL WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS ORDERED, but I will try to contact the merchant to see how the situation can be rectified if this happens.
COLLECTION
11. NO REQUESTS FOR MEET-UPS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
12. All items will be sent out through normal or registered post.
13. Packing fee is $0.50 per spreer. I do not do bubble wrap. I will not be responsible for items that cake or are damaged in the mail. Order these items at your own risk.
14. Items that are not collected three weeks from the date of the top-up notification will be CONFISCATED. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. We are all adults and should learn to take responsibility for out own items SO CHECK THE SPREEPAGE.
I cannot predict nor control the weather. If you need your items urgently, I would strongly suggest you look for another spree organizer who can guarantee a speedier delivery.
If you do not agree to these conditions, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN MY SPREES. I'm sure youll find other organizers out there you're more comfortable with. :)
