Sorry for the belated reply! Thank you for your interest. I just want to make sure I understand what you're asking:

1) I can ship to Chile. I'd ask for $5 USD to cover shipping and packaging, bringing the total to $35 USD.

2) I'd prefer if you could mail me an International Postal Money Order for $35. I'm new to Paypal.^^;; But if we used Paypal, I would also ask you to cover any of the Paypal fees.
